The next Willard Airport TSA PreCheck® Enrollment by IDEMIA Pop-up Event is June 10-13, 2025.
Willard Airport invites passengers to enroll in the popular TSA PreCheck® Pop-Up screening program on Tuesday, June 10 through Friday, June 13, 2025. Hours will be 9 AM – 12 PM & 1 PM – 5 PM CT in the 2nd floor conference room in the Willard Airport terminal. TSA PreCheck is an expedited screening program that enables identified low-risk air travelers to enjoy a faster and more efficient screening experience.

Applying for TSA PreCheck is Easy!
- TSA applicants must enroll ahead of time: Enroll
- Fill out steps 1 through 3 of the application.
- Step 4, type in 61874 and click on Savoy, IL Pop-Up: CMI, X/XX-X/XX.
- Scroll down and click Next and select select an appointment time. The first available time is displayed-you may choose a different date and/or time. If the page says all appointments have been booked, you may check mark Walk-in.
- Click Submit to create appointment.
- **Walk-ins are allowed-mark the Walk-In box when you enroll. Please note appointments are given priority and we have no control over how long your wait may be. Walk-ins are taken on a first come-first serve basis. The Walk-in wait list for each day is started at 9 AM and closed at 11:30 AM. It is started again at 1 PM and closed at 4:30 PM.
IMPORTANT Appointment Information
- Applicants need to bring proof of citizenship or permanent residency in the United States with them to their TSA Precheck appointment. Please check the tsa.gov website for what is needed as proof as the requirements have changed.
- The application fee is due at the time of the appointment. The application fee can be paid by by credit card, money order, company check or certified/cashier’s check. Cash and personal checks are not accepted. No change or refunds will be given.
- Fingerprints and picture will be taken.
- Appointments will be held in the Willard Airport Conference Room. Please go to the 2nd floor of the terminal and the conference room is located to the left of the staircase-next to the elevator. Check-in and waiting area are outside of the conference room.
- Parking in the public parking lot is free for the 1st 2 hours.
