Parking Receipts
The parking system does not automatically print a parking receipt. Please request a receipt by pressing the receipt button on the screen when you pay at the exit gate.
Need a receipt? Please email willard-airport@illinois.edu with the following information:
- Name
- Ticket Number- the long number under the QR Code
- If you do not have a ticket number, please provide:
- the date and approximate time of exit
- type of credit/debit card (i.e., Mastercard, VISA, American Express)
- last 4 numbers of the card
- amount paid
