Airport ID Badging and Fingerprinting
Willard Airport is required by federal regulation to issue identification badges to airport employees and contractors whose job responsibilities require them to have unescorted access to secured areas of the airport.
All individuals applying for an Airport Operations Area (AOA), Security Identification Display Area (SIDA), or Sterile Area ID Badge must undergo a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Security Threat Assessment (STA) as part of the badge issuance.
In addition to the STA, all individuals applying for an airport ID Badge for SIDA or Sterile Areas must undergo an FBI fingerprint-based criminal history check. The airport will deny issuance of the airport ID Badge to any employee who is currently being charged with or is convicted of one of the TSA disqualifying criminal offenses (listed on the Willard Airport ID Badge application) within the last ten years. The airport reserves the right to deny issuance to any badge applicant based on their criminal history.
ID Badge Application
All ID Badge applicants must complete the Willard Airport ID Badge application form. This form must be printed, signed, and turned into the Airport Administration Office. The application must be signed by an Authorized Signatory (manager, group representative). No photocopies will be accepted, all documents must be original.

Scheduling Appointments
Initial applicants should note that the badging process requires two (2) separate visits to Airport Administration. At the first visit, you will submit your acceptable IDs, ID Badge application, undergo fingerprinting (as applicable), and complete training/testing. At the second visit after all security clearances are verified, you will sign for and receive your Airport ID Badge. Initial visits need to be scheduled using the button below.
Individuals who have a current ID Badge must renew their ID Badge before the expiration date. For your convenience, you may renew your ID Badge up to 30 (thirty) days in advance of the expiration date. Only one appointment is needed for ID Badge renewals within the 30 days of expiration.
