Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. Members enter the United States by accessing the Global Entry processing technology at selected airports.
Travelers must be pre-approved for the Global Entry program. All applicants undergo a rigorous background check and in-person interview before enrollment. If a traveler was unable to schedule an interview at an Enrollment Center prior to their international travel, they have an option to complete their interview via Enrollment on Arrival upon their arrival to the United States. While Global Entry’s goal is to speed travelers through the process, members may still be selected for further examination when entering the United States. Any violation of the program’s terms and conditions will result in the appropriate enforcement action and termination of the traveler’s membership privileges.

CBP Trusted Traveler Programs application processing consists of 2 steps: application vetting and applicant in-person interview. The application vetting process normally occurs within two weeks after the submission of the application. If additional review of the application is needed after vetting, a manual review of the application is needed and processing time for completion of the manual review is currently between 12-24 months, depending on the program. At that point the applicant receives either conditional approval or a denial.
If no additional review of the application is needed after vetting, the candidate receives conditional approval, enabling the candidate to schedule the in-person interview.
We encourage applicants to check Enrollment Center locations (and availability) prior to application, to ensure they are able to travel to an interview location.

Step 2: Select Global Entry (Option 2)
Step 3: Log in / create log in
Step 4: Complete Application and wait for conditional approval
Step 5: After receiving conditional approval, select Willard Airport/Savoy as an enrollment center by selecting an available date
Currently, available dates are 4/8/2025, 4/9/2025, and 4/10/2025.
