Free Parking is available in the main airport parking lot for the first 2 hours.
This event allows conditionally approved applicants to complete their mandatory in-person background interviews locally without traveling to a permanent enrollment center.
Step-by-Step Enrollment Process
- Create a Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) Account with the Department of Homeland Security – Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) Portal.
- Complete the application and pay the non-refundable program fee.
- Wait for Conditional Approval: Your background check must be clear, and your account status must change to “Conditionally Approved” before you can schedule an interview.
- Schedule an in-person interview by logging into your TTP account, search for appointments for the dates of July 28-30, 2026, and select Willard Airport/Savoy.
What to Bring to your Appointment
- A valid U.S. Passport-this serves as your primary identity and citizenship proof
- Driver’s license, ID card, or a permanent resident card (if applicable)
